By accessing and using the United Philippines Sports Alliance (UPSA) website, mobile applications, and services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To register as a player, team manager, or participant in UPSA events, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with UPSA, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Update your information to keep it current
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify UPSA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Player and Team Registration

By registering as a player or team:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You agree to comply with all UPSA rules, regulations, and tournament guidelines
• You understand that false information may result in disqualification or suspension
• You consent to verification of eligibility requirements including age and identity

5. Code of Conduct

All users, players, coaches, and participants must:

• Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
• Treat officials, opponents, teammates, and spectators with respect
• Refrain from violent, abusive, or unsportsmanlike behavior
• Not use prohibited substances or engage in illegal activities
• Follow the decisions of referees and tournament officials
• Not engage in match-fixing, gambling, or corrupt practices

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the UPSA website, including logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the property of UPSA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute UPSA content without permission
• Use UPSA trademarks or logos without authorization
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from any content

7. Media Rights and Image Release

By participating in UPSA events, you grant UPSA the right to:

• Photograph, film, and record your participation
• Use your name, likeness, and images for promotional purposes
• Broadcast, stream, or publish content featuring your participation
• Use such content without compensation to you

8. Fees and Payments

Registration fees, tournament fees, and other charges:

• Must be paid according to the specified deadlines
• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• May be subject to change with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

UPSA shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage occurring during events
• Loss of personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical failures

10. Termination

UPSA reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement
• Ban participants who engage in misconduct
• Modify or discontinue services at any time

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement or UPSA participation shall be resolved through UPSA's official grievance procedures. Decisions of the UPSA governing body are final and binding.

12. Modifications

UPSA may modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
